Embark on a Literary Journey
How It Works
Participating in the "Read Across Time" challenge is as easy as picking up a book and diving in. Here is how it works:
- Choose a book that takes place in a different decade—whether it's the roaring twenties, the swinging sixties, or any other fascinating era that piques your interest.
- Read, explore, and enjoy your chosen book at your own pace.
- Track your progress and collect badges by logging your reading in Beanstack, our convenient online platform for tracking reading challenges.
- Leave a review of your book in Beanstack to earn an extra badge and share your thoughts with fellow readers.
- Enhance our community timeline by adding a sticker representing your chosen book to our timeline display on the 2nd floor. Simply ask a friendly adult services librarian for a sticker, and your book will become a part of our collective literary journey through time.
